Your Routine Examination and Hygiene Appointment
Dear Patients,
We hope you have been keeping well and safe during this bizarre year. We are sending you this message as you are due for your regular dental examination and hygiene appointment. But as you know, this year has been far from regular…!
With the current COVID-19 restrictions, your appointment will have to be deferred until restrictions ease as per the DHHS, Victorian Government and Australian Dental Association Guidelines.
Rest assured, we understand the importance of regular dental visits are essential for continuing good oral health and overall health. We haven’t forgotten about you and you will be contacted to make this appointment as soon as we are able to do so in the coming weeks.
In the meantime, if you, your family or friends require any urgent or emergency treatment, we will still be open and available to tend to your care. Please call Maryanne or Maddi on 8820 1699. Over the phone we are also available to offer any advice you need or even just to have a friendly chat!
In response to this pandemic, we have implented additional precautions, screening and infection control measures (in addition to our already stringent protocols) to ensure the safety of our team and patients.
However, behind the mask and face shields, we are still the smiling, friendly and caring team you know and trust. We really miss seeing our patients and we look forward to being able to see you soon.
